3. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items without original packaging or tags

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued through the original payment method.

  • Refund processing time: 3–7 working days.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable (except if the product was wrong or damaged).

  • Wrong / damaged / defective items — Free exchange
